Luxury in the Wild

We all love the idea about getting away from it all for some quality time where we can focus on each other, having fun and sharing new experiences. Wild Luxury is about leaving the world behind but not necessarily all the creature comforts! Our canvas lodges were inspired by the luxury safari lodges used in South Africa for VIP guests who wanted to experience the wild in style. This was glamping before glamping as we know it in the UK!

Our Wild camps are located in sites chosen for their peacefulness and close proximity to nature so it really is the best of all worlds. Waking up in the morning to a view of miles of unspoilt countryside and the sounds of birdsong and sheep grazing is truly magical. You will also witness some amazing sunsets and gain a real appreciation of what a special place the world can be. Pigeon Wood is a beautiful Norfolk hideaway almost a mile from the nearest chimney point but we still manage, with quite a lot of ingenuity, to provide a really comfortable and special environment for you to enjoy. Thornham Bay is perfect for a dawn walk along the endless sands at Holme beach.

Wild Luxury lodges offer over 600 square feet of top quality safari style accommodation. Kitchens are fitted with a wood-burning range cooker, sink unit with kitchen tap , dresser and gas stove. Sleeping accommodation is warm and cosy with a master bedroom, twin/bunk second bedroom and very popular sleeping cupboard with room for two young children. There is also a dining area, open air veranda and rear veranda with private loo and hot camp shower. Everything you will need for your stay down to cutlery and utensils is provided.

There is a small site pantry for any provisions that you may be need. We can also provide meals that you can either cook yourself or simply put on the range and warm up for a delicious instant meal. All our meal options use local produce and are designed to be wholesome, nutritious and most important tasty.

There is so much to do and experience on camp from bike rides down ancient trails to nature walks, making friends with the animals, kite flying, family games and just relaxing. Time on camp is an adventure in itself and we recommend that you make the absolute most of it. In the evenings, meal times are extra special with conversations you perhaps would never share at home whilst sitting under the stars around the camp fire at night is always an amazing way to spend time especially as a warm bed is just feet away!
